Spring is here… allegedly (also: Hank has opinions)
Spring has officially arrived… which would be very exciting if the snow had gotten the memo! Here in my neck of the woods it’s that time of year when the calendar insists it’s spring, the mountains insist it’s still winter, and everyone’s a little confused.
Case in point: Hank the Tank.

Our large, very opinionated black lab has been personally victimized by Daylight Saving Time. His internal clock says dinner is late, bedtime is wrong, and the sun rising earlier is clearly a mistake someone should fix immediately. The level of side-eye I’m receiving is frankly impressive.
Meanwhile, while Hank tries to reorganize time itself, I have some bookish news for you!

These stories were originally written a while back, so you might notice a few things that feel a little retro (hello, pre-smartphone world). But I’ve polished them up and sent them back out into the world for readers who might’ve missed them the first time around.
