Original post: I've been hungry for weeks thinking about Thanksgiving. I have to confess, I don't cook the meal. Alpha Man and Youngest do. Alpha Man does the turkey, the AMAZING stuffing, and the pumpkin pies. Youngest does the potatoes, the veggies, and this year she's also doing her own thing for dessert. She said she'd tell me what it was but then she'd have to kill me. And since I pay her college tuition, she knows where her bread is buttered.

ANYWAY, I'd love to hear what you're cooking or what you would want to cook if you could. And even better, would love it if some of you shared your recipes. Would you mind? We'd all love it so.

And in return, I'll give away my upcoming MY KIND OF WONDERFUL to THREE of you. Deal? As a fair exchange, I'm sharing Alpha Man's Good Morning Sunshine Casserole. It's AMAZING and he makes it for big holiday mornings to feed the masses. Try it, I swear you'll like it.

Good Morning Sunshine Casserole Ingredients: 1 layer of tater tots 1 layer of ham or sausage cubes
(or crumbled bacon, whatever makes your skirt blow up) 1 layer of grated cheddar cheese
(there’s no such thing as too much cheese for breakfast) Pour this over the layer: 6 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. salt (or more, if no one’s looking) 1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 cup of chopped onion
3 cups of milk
2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce Add 1/2 cup melted butter over all that. Cook in 13x9 pan 1 hour at 350 degrees uncovered.
